From Handymen to Full-fledged Real Estate Builders; 8 Years Changes Everything
In the summer of 2010, we built our first deck at our own backyard, and invited a couple of our friends and neighbors to celebrate the deck. Everyone was amazed by our artistic and innovative work and no one failed to praise us. The next day, we got our very first order from our neighbor, to build their deck and renovate the basement. By doing so, we discovered our talents and interest in building, construction, and renovation. The both of us, Monir and I, Momota, started gaining knowledge and seeked education in building design and construction. In 2012, we started our very own proprietorship in the real estate building construction industry.
Ever since 2012, we are just handyman
We got our first contract on re-building a bungalow into a two story house, on 2012. It became such a successful project that we started getting huge calls from people from the neighborhood to re-build their bungalows.
WE ARE INCORPORATED!
In 2014, after many years of hard work and experiences, we incorporated ourselves as MARF Builders. In the same year we achieved our biggest project, for the first time, of two brand new buildings; two adjacent identical (mirrored) two storey houses. This project brought us huge success in gaining the trust, confidence, reliability from our clients. The ultimate results of our successful projects is that we are continuously getting more and more orders.
Today, MARF Builders is made up of a team of 21 members, contructors with many competent, expert and hard working people. Some of them have been working with MARF since the very beginning.
We believe Builder can exceed all of our clients’ expectations in completing projects on time and on budget. We set high standards and expect successful results in quality, safety, project management and above all client satisfaction.
